1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk375 ("pk375", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pk375.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

pk375 is an English-language online gaming platform designed to serve users including those based in Pakistan. The Platform offers sports betting, cricket wagering, live casino, slot games and instant game products (collectively, "Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — a registered user account on the pk375 Platform.
• "Balance" — the total funds held in a User's Account, including real-money funds and any applicable bonus balance.

• "Deposit" — funds transferred by the User into their pk375 Account from an approved payment method.

• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency used as the primary reference unit for transactions on the Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — the transfer of available funds from a User's Account to an approved external payment method.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Use of the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. pk375 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any accumulated balance.

3.4 Excluded Persons

You may not register or use an Account if you are a current employee, contractor, director or agent of pk375, or an immediate family member of such a person. You also may not register if you have been previously excluded from the Platform under our self-exclusion policy.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Platform Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pk375 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification where available. Any activity undertaken using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you.

4.3 KYC Verification

pk375 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address and bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of your Account and delay or refusal of withdrawal requests.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

pk375 references a range of payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers and major Pakistani bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as well as cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. These payment provider names are referenced for user familiarity only. pk375 does not represent that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with online gaming or gambling activities. Users should review their payment provider's terms and any applicable bank policy before initiating a deposit.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. pk375 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Currency

The Platform operates with PKR (Pakistani Rupee) as the primary account currency for display purposes. Actual transaction processing currency may vary depending on the payment gateway used. Exchange rate differences, if applicable, are governed by the payment provider's policies and are beyond pk375's control.

5.4 Funding Source

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk375 Account are from lawful sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using third-party payment methods are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified and associated with your Account. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. While pk375 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly, actual receipt of funds is subject to the timescales of the relevant payment provider. pk375 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by pk375 at its discretion, with prior notice where practicable.

6.4 Bonus Balance

Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until the associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Withdrawal of real-money funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of any outstanding bonus balance. Full bonus terms are presented at the time of each offer.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional incentives offered by pk375 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time each promotion is offered. In the event of any inconsistency between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds and time limits are stated clearly within each bonus offer. It is the User's responsibility to review these requirements before claiming any bonus.

7.3 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome and first-deposit bonuses are available once per household, IP address and payment method. pk375 reserves the right to investigate and void bonuses where evidence of abuse or circumvention of this rule is identified.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game type. These rules are accessible within each game interface or betting market. It is your responsibility to review and understand the applicable rules before placing a bet.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting and gaming activities. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by market, event and Account status. pk375 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts where warranted.

8.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

pk375 offers betting markets on Pakistan cricket including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, bilateral series and other domestic and international cricket events. pk375 has no official partnership with, affiliation to or endorsement from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any participating team. Cricket references on this Platform are used solely as sports context.

8.4 Manifest Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds, pricing, payout calculations or game results — whether caused by human, technical or systems error — pk375 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct such errors. Users may not profit knowingly from obvious pricing errors.

8.5 Random Number Generation

Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems supplied by our technology partners. pk375 does not directly control individual game outcomes. Stated example RTP (Return to Player) percentages are illustrative — actual RTP figures for each game are available within the individual game rules panel.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk375 Platform:

• Creating multiple Accounts or registering using false, misleading or third-party personal information.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors to generate profit.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Sharing an Account with another person or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward pk375 staff or other users.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws, including those of Pakistan or the User's jurisdiction.

pk375 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold or void any balance or winnings associated with such activity.

10. Intellectual Property

All content published on the pk375 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, audio and visual materials — is owned by or licensed to pk375 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

The pk375 name, logo and associated brand assets are proprietary marks. You may not use these marks in any manner that implies endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation without express written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk375 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity or data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages of any nature.
• Platform unavailability, technical failures, data loss or security breaches caused by circumstances beyond pk375's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or advice published on the Platform.
• Gambling losses resulting from use of the Platform, including any loss following use of a bonus or promotional offer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Termination & Suspension

12.1 Closure by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pk375 Support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure (subject to KYC completion and pending wagering requirement clearance) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

12.2 Closure by pk375

pk375 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:

• We have reasonable grounds to suspect prohibited conduct, fraud or Terms violation.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.
• The User has activated self-exclusion under our Responsible Gambling policy.

12.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all outstanding bonus balances shall be forfeited. Real-money balances shall be returned subject to satisfactory identity verification and provided no Terms breach is identified that warrants forfeiture.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution service or regulatory authority applicable under our operator license, details of which are available on request.

14.3 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pk375 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and discontinue use of the Platform.
